Abnormal Physiologic States

  1. Hepatic Dysfunction
  2. Hypothermia
  3. Acidosis or Alkalosis

Electrolyte Abnormalities

  1. Hypernatremia
  2. Hypocalcemia
  3. Hypokalemia
  4. Lithium
